BLOCK ONE OF THE INTRO HYBRID PROGRAM SERIES
The series of the Intro Hybrid Program is designed to help athletes or clients start their journey to becoming a Hybrid Athlete.
INTRO HYBRID PROGRAM GOALS:
1.) Increase Strength & Endurance
2.) Increase Muscle Mass
3.) The ability to run 3KM/5KM & 10KM at a pace you thought you could never do.
*This is a running base program but can be changed to bike or row if you need to*
BLOCK ONE DETAILS:
Block One is the first installment of the series. The volume and intensity are at their lowest compared to the other two blocks in the series. The reasoning is to allow you to adapt to the combination of strength and aerobic training.
Our primary focus is to build muscle and move weight fast while starting to develop our work capacity to handle running and strength training.
The Program Includes:
- 28 Page PDF (Non-Interactive)
- 4 Weeks
- 6 Sessions / Week (4 Strength & 2 Cardio)
- Strength Sessions = Hypertrophy & Dynamic Effort (Speed Work)
- Cardio Sessions = Low Intensity Steady State & Repeats
